Refunds Policy

What’s your return and refund policy?

We don’t offer general refunds or exchanges. Refunds are only provided if you receive the wrong item or a damaged item. If this happens, please contact us at sunshine@happygreatday.com with photos of the wrong or damaged items, and we’ll make it right.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size will fit you better, check out our sizing charts. We offer various sizes for almost every clothing item listed in our store, as detailed in the product description section.

 

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at sunshine@happygreatday.com within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you can provide about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

 

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled.

If that’s the case, please let us know at sunshine@happygreatday.com within 14 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one.
