What’s your return and refund policy on Happy Great Day® VIP Secret Sale Apparel and Merchandise?

We don’t currently offer exchanges since most purchases will be made at the point of sale. However, we want you to be happy and will consider making exceptions on a case-by-case basis. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at sparkle@happygreatday.com within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you can provide about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled.

If that’s the case, please let us know at sparkle@happygreatday.com within 14 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a replacement item.
